Impossible taco pie


1 lb ground beef
1/2 chopped onion
1 packet taco mix (El Paso)
1 4oz  can chopped green chilies, drained
1 1/4 C milk
3/4 C Bisquik
3 eggs
1 C shredded cheddar

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate. Cook beef and onions in a skillet, drain fat, stir in taco mix and chilies. 

In a blender, blend eggs, milk ans Bisquik on high for 15 seconds. 

Spread meat in pie plate, top with cheese, pour Bisquik mix on top. Bake for 35 minutes.

Serve with salsa.
