.For Christmas, Paul and Kevin gave Charla and me tickets to Bon Jovi. We have wanted to see them since the "Wanted Dead or Alive" days! Well, not only did we get to see Jon Bon Jovi live, but we also got a girls' afternoon of shopping, supper & drinks! NO KIDS! We headed downtown around 1:00, splurged on handy parking, shopped at the Eaton Centre, then had supper right at the Bell Centre, including Margaritas!

Jon Bon Jovi was everything we could have asked for and more. I think the only thing that could have been better was for us to have been picked to get on stage with him during "Bed of Roses." We had great seats, plus a big screen directly in front of us for close-ups. He sang a great mix of new and old and even a few cover songs. They did 2 encores...I would have stayed for more if they would have indulged us. I am completely infatuated with JBJ, like I was when I was 14 - LOL!!

In a word, it was awesome and I got to share it all with my best friend.
