Tomorrow is Darcy's birthday, so I brought these adorable treats into preschool today.
I used mini ice cream cones, 1 box of chocolate cake mix and fluffy white icing from a can.
Place empty cones into muffin tins - helps to keep them from falling.
Make the cake mix according to the box directions. Fill the cones 1/2 to 2/3 full and bake about 15 minutes. Ice to look like soft serve ice cream once cake has cooled. VOILA!
