What to Watch? Halloween Edition

Darcy and I watched season 1 in 2020 and season 2 this year. The episodes are really creative, creepy, but not horror or very scary - just suspense. This is good for a Halloween fright for pre-teens and teens - an me!

Darcy and I started this movie and never finished it. It was OK, but better suited for a younger audience.

We loved this for a Halloween movie! We watched it in 2020 and 2021. There is some violence, but it is so obviously fake. It is actually moree of a Halloween comedy fright - a lot of funny lines in it. A good lesson in the end, too.

The sequel! We loved it, too. The violence was a bit more realistic in the movie, but still less scary than a Criminal Minds episode. In the end, there is a moral to the movies and a happy ending,

R.L. Stine, author of the Goosebumps series of youth novels is the creator of The Haunting Hour. Season one is very suspenceful and definitely creepy, but nothing gross or violent. The second season is less mysterious, but just as good.

This Goosebumps series from 1998 now looks a bit campy, but the episodes are entertaining.

Darcy heard a lot about this movie, so we watche it. Honestly it was pretty boring. The concept of a day once a year where crime is allowed sounded interesting, but the execution of this idea was a flop.

A movie I loved to watch when I much younger. Darcy liked it, but not as much as I did.

WE LOVE THIS!!!!

We were looking something kind of creepy to continue the Halloween vibe, but not horror and not about Halloween. This is a dark comedy series based on the youth novels of the same name. It's great!
