After 6 years, Mom and I finally got her boxes out of storage in the garage! This was a job that was just too daunting for us until now. There was some really good stuff in there! There was, of course, a few things that mice got into and had to be thrown out, but overall much less than I expected.
On a related note, on Sept 18, Mom and I moved all the carpentry stuff that's been in her basement for 5 years up into the garage!(Now that there is room to put it in there.) This was a very satisfactory job, as the difference to the basement is HUGE. There is basically a whole new room now.
