Wind storm Feb 25, 2016

The wind knocked down one of our trees at the cottage, but it landed right in front of Mom's door, trapping her inside. Luckily the next day ended up being a snow day, so we were able to go up and cut up the parts that were in the way.

Finally finished the green paint I started last summer for mom.

6 years since Kevin and I re-met.

Wicked storm at the lake. Power out due to tree down right across the road, laying on the lines, too.

July 12

Tree cutter came to cut down the cracked tree. He got lost on his way and ironically asked my mom for directions at the church hall. He eventually found me, was out of gas and couldn't find his iPhone - poor guy! I gave him some boat gas and he found his phone after he cut down the tree. He left a tall stump at my request, as I wanted to save it for the woodpeckers.

There was a mini family reunion this afternoon, but I missed it due to tree cutter arriving late.
