Maple cream icing/aka brown sugar icing
Cupcakes (from a box) with homemade brown sugar icing.
1 C brown sugar
3 tbsp milk
1 tbsp butter
Icing sugar
Mix first 3 ingredients together a d bring to a boil (no more). Take from stove and add enough icing sugar to make it right for spreading. This icing will not harden.
